You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be:
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene considerations, the following products cannot be returned:
- Custom-configured ILF limbs and risers
- Arrow shafts that have been cut to size
- Used bowstrings or serving materials
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
Step-by-Step Return Process

- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Colorado facility using a trackable method. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once your return is approved:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3 business days, appearing in 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
- Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

International Returns
For archers outside the U.S.:
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We cannot refund original shipping costs
- Return shipping times vary by location (typically 2-4 weeks)
