You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene considerations, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-configured ILF limbs and risers
  • Arrow shafts that have been cut to size
  • Used bowstrings or serving materials
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Colorado facility using a trackable method. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once your return is approved:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3 business days, appearing in 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
  • Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchange Processing: Replacement items ship within 2 business days of return approval.

For archers outside the U.S.:
