Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions). Our system will automatically notify you during checkout if we cannot ship to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch with tracking and insurance
- Free Economy Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
We pride ourselves on fast 1-2 business day processing (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our Colorado facility.
Do I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Our system calculates any applicable duties or taxes during checkout for complete transparency. There won’t be any surprises when your package arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

What if my equipment arrives damaged?
While we take extreme care with packaging, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange for a different product?
Yes! Within the 15-day window, you can exchange for another product of equal or greater value. Any price difference will need to be paid. Contact our team to arrange an exchange.
